Nirog (निरोग) means "free of disease". We believe most Indian families could avoid years of illness and lakhs in hospital bills by catching problems early: a blood-sugar test at 35, a blood pressure check at the pharmacy, a waist that stays under half your height, and health insurance that actually covers what it should.
