Who can enter?
Residents of India aged 18 or over. Employees of Nirog.com and contest sponsors cannot win. Under-18s may join challenges for fun with a parent's consent but are not eligible for prizes.
Is there an entry fee?
No. Entry is always free and no purchase is necessary. Contests are judged on skill and effort, not luck, except for tie-break draws.
How are winners chosen?
Each contest lists its criteria. A panel judges creativity, healthfulness and consistency. Winners are announced on this page and contacted within 14 days of the contest closing.
Where do prizes come from?
Prizes are funded by sponsors and reader support. The exact prizes for each season are published here before entries open, and they are never exchanged for cash unless stated.
